However, it may not fully meet the demands of high-intensity cardio and diverse str
ength training. By incorporating Aerial Yoga, Barre and Bungee Fitness into your
routine, you can achieve your fitness goals more efficiently and effectively.

One-on-one

Our individualized personal training focus on each student’s particular needs. An advantage of personal trainings is that the student receives instant form correction and feedback from our instructors. 

Personal training are also appropriate for individuals with injuries, or women who are prenatal or postnatal.
